Tanningbedslab offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If within 30 days you decide you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us, no questions asked. If you wish to return a device within this period, please send us an email at contact@tanningbedslab.com. Be sure to include your order number, and, if possible, a reason for the return (optional). We will provide you with the necessary information to do the return. Please note that Tanningbedslab does not cover return shipping, and is not liable for lost shipments or damage to the product during return shipping. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it, and issue a 100% refund if it was returned in good condition. Tanningbedslab is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
Damages
Buyer has ten (10) days after delivery to report receipt of a damaged item. Please inspect your product carefully and report any damages within the 10-day period. Tanningbedslab is not responsible for damages reported after the 10-day period. We will require photo and video proof of receiving a product that is damaged so that we can address the issue with the manufacturer or shipping company.
